The Keystone Nursing Care Center is growing retirement community that offers skilled nursing care, assisted living apartments and independent living apartments for seniors in Benton, Tama and Linn counties. We are pleased to offer the following services for our seniors:

Skilled Nursing Care
After a qualifying hospital stay in an acute hospital, residents may utilize their Part A Medicare skilled benefit for recovery that includes rehab therapies, and developing strength and skills with the goal of going home. |
A Long term admissions requiring assistance with 2 or more Activities of Daily Living (ADL), i.e., bathing, dressing, transfers, grooming, ambulation, toileting and or eating will find our home like environment inviting and enjoyable. We offer Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy through Rehab Visions onsite. We have 45 beds with double, semi-private and private rooms. A full-time activity director offers many opportunities for socialization.

Assisted Living
Keystone Senior Suites offers 12 enhanced senior living apartments that are attached to the Care Center. Each apartment offers a full kitchen (with stove and refrigerator provided), handicapped-accessible full bath, living room and bedroom. Features include weekly housekeeping services,

weekly bed laundry service, private entrance and security system with emergency call button. Furnished utilities include: electricity, heat, cooling, garbage, water and sewer. Special features include free laundry facilities, a continental breakfast lunch and supper provided, multi-purpose common area used as kitchen, dining and social area. Activities as well as religous services and beauty/barber shop are also available. We also offer assistance with medication management and administration; activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, dressing, cleaning and laundry services

Independent Senior Apartments
Included on our campus is Parkview Apartments. There are 8 one bedroom, one bathroom apartments with a full kitchen including stove and refrigerator. A living room, bedroom with large closet and walk in storage area are available. Each apartment has its own private entrance. |
A common room is available for tenants’ use for small gatherings.
